A Hidden Gem – The V & A Theatre and Performance Gallery

‘The V & A Museum’ I hear the children say -‘ but it’s soooo boring.’

Well they have never been to the enthralling Theatre and Performance Galleries!

Tucked away on the third floor the collection has some incredible exhibits. Immediately as you enter is the original Joey puppet from War Horse, from the play based on Michael Morpurgo’s novel.

There is a gallery full of wonderful costumes including some from The Lion King. You also have a chance to dress up in some of them.
